We've gotten many requests to robocall cell phones in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Here are the rules. Robocalls to cell phones are allowed if one of these are true:
1) The robocall is to warn the public and provide instructions for emergencies involving danger to life or safety. If you're cancelling an event to keep people from getting or spreading COVID-19, we will allow it as an emergency call.
